Just fog a diesel injection based on boost.
Costs very little and will make all the coal you need.
Best way to do this is with a nos kit .30 shot pre turbo, and a 100psi fuel pump attached to your fuel filter.
Cost about $150. No tune will get close.

Why?
Most people look for tuners to improve efficiency, gain power, and eliminate smoke.
Dumping excess, unburned fuel "just to look cool" is the epitome of backward...

because to most people it is childish and they're passing an ever increasing amount of legislation against it. it also draws much more attention to diesel vehicles than enthusiasts would like.
