345MM left cooling fan

I just discovered that my left 345MM cooling fan is starting to make noise. The typical screeching like, going to fail soon noise. Instead of waiting for failure I would like to replace it soon. I checked VW OEM - almost $350.00, all others anywhere from $50 to 150.

So if I choose other than VW OEM, what is an good non-oem brand to buy?

Even the cheapest ones last several years. I just bought two SKP brand from rockauto for $35 each plus shipping. They work just fine.
