3.0 tdi solenoid injector conversion?

Looking for some insight on a solenoid injector conversion seems like upgraded piezo nozzles are inpossible/expensive
Newer 4cyl cr use solenoids but my edc16 is for piezo anyway to convert it for solenoid ? Or am i stuck with goin standalone management?

Solenoid is a step in totally wrong direction. In fact I will convert my E46 to Piezos at some point in the future. With solenoids you are limited to 1600bar rail which is pretty lame.

Stay with piezzo, big injectors and 2500-2700 bar rail pressure should do it.
Should consider using meth as fuel as well.
Somebody i know with my big cp3 pump is using the solenoid injectors at 2100-2150bar but injectors are not big enough for your goal.

There are Bosch solenoid injectors for at least 2200 bar already from the factory. So it shouldn't be a problem to run them with high rail pressure.

Turns out the injectors from 6.7 power stroke are the exact same as stock piezo vw so i think im good to go

Well I have solenoid injectors about 50% bigger then BMW 550D injectors, take 2200 bars original rail pressure and 8 injects evens / combustion cycle
have duration map as well

Me and my brother run a performance diesel truck shop We just did a customer's 6.7 its putting down almost 650hp on stock nozzles with a dual hpfp I will agree these nozzles probly arnt much bigger than 3 l TDI But there are larger ones available As far as making big power goes The risk is always gonna be high I'm not worried about smoke either
