3.0 BiTDI turbo options

Hi all,

Asking for a friend.
He has a Audi A6 BiTDI 3.0 (313 hp) and wants to upgrade the turbos. Now there is a ”competition” version of this engine with 326 hp I believe that has different ”upgraded” turbos compared to his.

Our guess is that they should fit ”bolt on” to his engine. Is that right?
Otherwise the car is already prepared with a big FMIC, catless and dpf delete downpipe.

Is the competition turbos a good option or would you rather recommend hybrid turbos? Car is used as a daily so usable power and reliability is really important.

The "comp" version only gains 13hp? If he's going to spend some money, I'd want more of a gain.

Comp version when remapped gains approximately 50 hp more than the standard version.

350ish for standard when remapped
400ish for competition engine when remapped

but its not a hybrid. stock exhaust housing is bad and compressor cover ridiculous small

probably gtx3576 as big one, if anybody claims hybrid.. they are lying .
