2260 was a direct replacement for my 2012 with a 2056.

But the entire assembly is interchangeable.

That is the same turbo by the looks of it. It looks like a 2256 has been modified to fit a billet 11-blade 60mm compressor wheel.2260 was a direct replacement for my 2012 with a 2056.

Looks can be deceiving. For one thing, that isn't the hot side showing in the photo. The internal bore of the gtb2056 is smaller than the gtb2260 hot side.

I think the gtb2260vk and gtb2265vk do share the same exhaust housing and exhaust turbine.
