2016 Touareg TDi . Should I buy it?

There's a 2016 Touareg Tdi here in town for sale. The fix has not been done and has clean title and so fourth. Sport tech package with 38k on it. Any thoughts on this? Value? Bear in mind I'm an independant dealer (no afilliation with VW). So, I'd be buying it wholesale...however? No clue what wholesale would be on this? or if it has a market. There's an $8290 check on the VW website portal, but no buyback option. Opinions?

It's likely that the partial payment has been made, so the check would be $4145 + $750 from Bosch.

No clue what the market is - I have a 2014 with 46k miles, executive package and also have no clue what it's worth. The existing comps aren't realistic because the are fueled by speculation.

A 2015 Sport with 38K just sold for $39K at my local dealer, it had the first fix done.

I love my Touareg TDI, so I would say buy it. VW is buying my 2011 with 100K back for $36K.

We bought a 2014 Touareg sport with 24K miles for $39k from the dealer a year ago here in Flagstaff. There is only 1 fix and we had it done last tuesday, not sure the 2015's had 2 fixes...

Only got 1/2 of the payment and bosch money, would do it again in a heartbeat.
