Yes. 2009-2015 Jetta, Golf, Passat, A3 can all use the same size downpipe. The 2015 will also need a coolant bypass pipe.

Example: Flowdirekt makes a universal downpipe/midpipe kit that fits all these models (will need to trim midpipe for shorter than Passat wheelbase).

That's because they include the plumbing stuff. The actual exhaust components are the same.

Yes. Some downpipes will have an additional bung for EGT sensor, but it is not necessary.

I got question on the cvca the 2015 tdi how to delete the egr it looks like part of the dpf filter is there a delete kit for egr?

Software alone can do that.

Your delete kit should have came with hardware to remove the EGR cooler and re-route the coolant hoses I believe.

I think a lot of people are after something "cheap", and they don't realize how complex and how intertwined the emissions control systems are on these CR diesels.

Its not like the ALHs and BEWs where its just a simplier EGR system with a pipe delete and one exhaust pipe to remove the cat. I know Rawtek is not shipping to the US anymore due to EPA/laws. So its harder to get product for cheaper because those other companies can just jack the price up a little bit knowing one company is down.

Ive driven to the American side, its honestly so bad. Half the buildings are closed down, broken windows. Now I know why everyone comes to the Canadian side. What a night and day difference.

That's an extreme example... first time I drove through there I thought I was on the set of some big budget dystopian movie or some suburb of Chernobyl. It's certainly an awful place. And to be fair, parts of STL City are pretty bad, too (why I never go there).

I live outside Manchester NH, the largest US city north of Boston in New England.

It's earned it's nick name Manchganistan the hardway. Although I think Lawrance MA prob takes the cake in murder rate.
