2015 Passat ac issue

Ok...just bought this car and the AC is killing me. I can hear the fan running strong but nothing is coming out of vents. Help...

If there is no air flow in the vents, it's not the ac but the motor for controlling the air flow to what vent.

OBD works, start there... ask the Climate module what is wrong. Chances are one of the Chinese HVAC motors died.
