2015 Jetta Sedan TSI needs complete maintenance check

Planning to go through this car and get it on the track for a long life. It was a Dealer lease car and I got it with 40,000 miles on it, Now 43,000.

Where do I find a maintenance schedule for the 40,000 mile interval. What do you consider essential to check out at this mileage AND AGE?

It needs front springs replaced and rear rotors and pads...other than that it's a perfect car.

There are two TSI engines that could be in a 2015 Jetta sedan, the CPKA and the CPRA (both 1.8L). However both should have the same PM schedule.

40k is an oil change, a tire rotation, and cabin filter. Brake fluid every 2-3 years.

The water pump assembly could fail at any moment. Make sure the crankcase stays full (502.00 5w40).
