Congrats! When I was younger I came home to an empty house, as in no furniture, appliances, pictures, no nails in the walls from the pictures, and no flowers in the flower beds. I did have 1 four pack of toilet paper in the attic she missed

Happy thats all it cost me and I kept the house and my Corvette, we had no kids thank goodness. She was awarded the new Mustang in the divorce along with its payments that she didn't make...so I got stuck with that too and couldn't afford to run the A/C in my house that first summer but still well worth it!

Yeah, that's a good financial move if you avoided child support. By the time my two sons turn 18, I'll have paid $250k in child support. That's after taxes.
