2014 Passat TDI SE 6SPD
So i never got a chance to introduce myself or my car on these boards. I purchased my car on Nov 22, 2013. Its Reflex Silver, TDI SE, 6speed manual. The car was brought in from Kalamazoo MI. The car did not get put on a truck and brought here so they did drive it back and the car had 190 miles on it when i received it. I did go with new only because the prices I had to fight for used wasn't worth the price i paid new. The things that have been done to the car so far are Thule Roof Rack, Aero Blades and snowboard attachment. Then i switch to the bike mounts in the spring and summer. Blizzak Tires on 16 inch rims. Which i wish i went with a 17inch rim. But its just a winter set up so I'm not to concerned. I will look for a summer set late after coil overs which i think I'm leaning to a 18inch. Recently Tinted the car 18% all the way around. Im starting to look into Coilovers but i have a lot more reading to do before i make up my mind due to everyones diff POV on all the set ups out there.
Let me know what you guys think… Joe

I see you got your pictures working! :) You are better off with the 16s for the snow anyway. I have been thinking about trading/selling my OE 17s to replace with 16s and dedicated snows. I have a set of Audi 19s for the other 9 months of the year.

Sweet you're from Chicago! I'm sure those Blizzaks came to go use with all the snow we've been having.

Coilovers are the way to go. You'll love them! Check out Coffeemade's build thread... he has done a lot of the stuff that you're thinking of.
