2014 Jetta heated seat error code

Do these have a history of broken wires in the heated seat pad? Error 03984 - Heated seat open circuit. If so is there a specific place to look?

Check the connection under the seat. Can also olhm from there. You have to remove seat cover to check the elements.

Yep I will pull the seat up while connected and see if I can get the seat heat to work.

The bottom elements do break. Kneeling, big wallet. I think it's nichrone or something. Something new else on here fixed one. Can't remember the vehicle though.
