I have a 2013 sportwagen TDI and I’m trying to locate the fuel pump control module form the thank, IS NOT under the rear seat, I already remove trim from the passenger side from the back to the glove box and the wires apparently go underneath the dashboard….
Any Idea where can be?

The car start and drive fine when is cold, but after warmup will not start, I have to wait several hours until is cold to be able to start the car again

There are just too many to list....
Any DTCs?

Any change in the fuel since this started happening? Any additives put in it?

Are all the temp values to the ECU what they should be? (air, fuel, coolant).

No check engine light, no faults and the temperatures are fine I just noticed that I can’t hear the transfer pump working, I just can hear the high pressure pump working

Scan tool should be able to run both the electric pumps....

The "high pressure" pump is the mechanical one on the engine. You would not hear that with the engine running, and the engine wouldn't run if that one isn't working.

these cars do not turn those pumps on unless cranking or engine running.

there are 3 fuel pumps on these vehicles.
1: there is an intank lift pump
2: there is an engine bay high pressure feed pump
3: then there is the high pressure fuel pump attached mechanically to the engine like oilhammer said

pumps 1 and 2 are what you need to try and listen for when using a scanner. they do NOT automatically turn on when the door opens, or when key is ON in ignition. engine running / cranking is the only times those 2 run unless during diagnostic/repair with a scanner.

there may be a fault registered in the ECU for why it wont start when warm.

Ok,
Yes, I can hear both electrical pumps working, I get the OBD 11, and I pay for the PRO VAG version but nothing, no codes for the engine I’m in a dead end I don’t have a clue what can be, I spend almost an hour running the engine and just drive it a little and now is not doing the fail 🤦🏻‍♂️, any suggestions? Thanks for the help guys!
