2013 CKRA - Engine stutter / surge

Greetings reader,

I have a 2013 CKRA. Car has been potholed and has ran great for the first month or so I owned it. Now for the past 2-3 months I’ve been dealing with a pretty bad surge / stutter. Using VCDS I have no codes but can watch my high pressure fuel jump all over the place.

I’ve replaced the CP4 for a CP3 ( with a tune of course ). The 2200bar sensor, fuel pressure relief, engine harness and in tank pump. The car 90% of the time will stutter and then randomly it would clear up if I’m lucky and run great till it’s restarted or decided to start acting up again.

To give more information, when I replaced the CP4 I checked for metal there was no signs of it in the rail, pressure regulator, or fuel tank. Simply replaced it in my parts cannon of hopes and dreams. It’s noticeable at idle and when driving it will puff black smoke just cruising no heavy throttle and sometimes will limp mode. Still with no codes. Any and all help is appreciated, I’m slightly busy but will provided requested parameter logs if needed.
