If is does not have a diagram and that is the fuse box in your car:
I see one solid RED 40A (rectangle), and five larger GREEN 40A (square) fuses with clear windows on top to view the filament inside. I doubt it is any of those green ones but look to see if any are blown through the window.
It has to be that one and only Red 40A fuse for Monsoon amps.
It is commonly believed that a fuse is there to protect some equipment. In most cases, fuses are there only to prevent wiring going into flames and burning, particularly on a gasoline vehicle.
Parts of the radio could be fried, and some parts not, hence the apparent good functioning state.
What I would do:
Check all fuses.
Check all connectors are properly seated.
Reset the vehicle again, by disconnecting the battery and reconnecting
Check VCDS for codes
And last, start throwing parts at it.
