2011 TDI A3 Pillar Tweeter Speaker Question

Ladies and Gents,

I recently discovered my 2011 A3 TDI is missing the pillar tweeter speakers...
Can I just purchase the recommended speakers from crutchfield and replace it directly? Or I should buy a used one from ebay (Website)?
Here is a picture of the wires... (the other side doesn't even have the copper expose).
I am not sure if I need any special connector.
Any information would be helpful, Thank in advance!

I bought two tweeter online and it’s direct wiring. Just make sure the inline filter is installed
