2011 or 2013 Which one is better

I’m looking to purchase another tdi I found a 2011 Jetta with manual 6 speed and leather sunroof 170k or a 2013 Jetta tdi with automatic and cloth seats no sunroof 160k both are 5k to purchase which one is the better deal mechanically going forward or are both problematic

If the auto hasn't got proof of 40k services ALL of its life... If at that miles the DMF ($3k)
If The timing belt on either... $$
If the clutch on either... $$
If wrong oil, delayed maint... DPF....$$

Beyond what Jellow said, consider that the manual will be cheaper to maintain because you won't have any of those annoying DSG issues.

You just have to worry about your flywheel coming apart.
