2011 jetta tdi exhaust flap rewire

exhaust flap wires ripped out still got connector its numbered 1 thru 5 theres 5 yellow wires that run back & turn into different colored wires that are blue, purple, brown , purple & green stripe and brown & yellow wires does anybody now how they go back local dealer didnt know got 5volts on blue wire ,no volts on brown wire i figure its ground wire got weird volts on the wires they wood cycle between 4.8 volts & 13.8 volts while car was running

My wires were ripped off while driving over ice. I tried doing the rewrite, but ended up buying the extension harness. Was like $40. I can look for the part number if interested. Retiring was way too complicated due to my connectors being partially damaged.
