When did VW come out with this? None of the Jettas on the website look like this.

The 5th generation Jetta variant came out here for the 2009 model year. The 4th generation came out here late in the 2001 model year. The 3rd generation Jetta was not available here in variant trim, but was available in Europe (only as a Golf estate) starting in 1998.

Why would someone be selling their 2010 JSE with only 375 miles!?!

Doesn't look like a dealer; the vehicle is parked in a residential driveway.

The OP may have been referring to the fact that the VW website doesn't show these facelifted 2010s yet... which I among others find annoying. The 2010 Golf & GTI are kind of tucked over under the corner of one rug on the site, and everywhere else still has 2009 models.

It's getting to the point of ridiculous that the site still doesn't prominently feature any 2010 models yet.
