Yeah I have a ScanGauge in the car. The only power modifications are exhaust and tune. I haven't recorded with VCDS yet. I should, I just haven't.

Well, H2Oi was a pretty good weekend once again. There ended up being a decent amount of Cup cars there. I think the final count was 6 or 7.

3 black - mine and two others that were modded to various extents. I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Al I think, of one of the other black cars.
2 white - one modded and one stock. I had the please of meeting and hanging out with the owner, Ed (mx425), of the modded white car.
1 blue - Talked to her in traffic on the strip and then at the show when she was getting a stage 2 malone tune. I never traded names with her, though.
1 red - I didn't see this one, but my brother said he spotted it when we were out driving around.

All in all, it was a really fun weekend, and I got to make some new friends.

Mckpat03, I think I saw you about a week ago in the parking lot near Bass Pro Shops in Harrisburg PA? I was in my White TDI Cup.

I don't think it was me. I haven't been in that area in a while. I'm up near State College, although I do visit Harrisburg pretty often. Last time I was down was the Farm Show autox on 9/15.

That's interesting, though, that there were two cup cars running around Harrisburg. I never see any out in the wild, lol.

That was me. :) I'm Ashley, btw. Good talking to you.

I'm loving my tune. Pulls great, and gets better fuel mileage than before. Its a win-win situation.

Wow another Laser Blue manual cup! Fun seeing others that have it, but have yet to see another one on the road! :D

Someone decided to brake in/vandalize it. Rather than just smashing a window out or something, they pried the sunroof up. Which mangled the sunroof assembly as well as mangled the roof. And they literally walked up over the hood and ****, so my hood is dented w/ paint damage and deck lid is dented w/ paint damage and it's just all jacked up.

Here's some late pictures from H2O (mainly cell phone I think). I'll just post some of the diesel stuff, cup cars first.

Got pictures of Ashley (diesel_ftw) and fouckhest among others, and Ed (mx425) who doesn't frequent here, I don't think, and Al? the black cup car without body kit or decals.

The unmarked cup car

Talking to Ed at the TDI GTG. Love his car

Coincidentally cruised down the strip with Ashley

Hey all, just picked up my Cup Edition last week. It's Candy White without the Thunderbunny kit, 39k miles, DSG, Sunroof, no nav.

I'm wondering if anyone recognizes this car? It appears to have been enthusiast owned and slightly modified. This being my first MKV I have asked for help identifying the mods. Here's what we've come up with so far:
-Projector headlights
-Foglights
-Texture black GLI side skirts, rear valence
-Texture black grille inserts
-Black Wolfsburg grille w/blue stripe
-Texture black R-line black mirror caps
-Euro amber mirror indicators
-Texture black front lip
-Dash shelf tray

At first I was bummed that it didn't have the Thunderbunny kit, but the black & white theme is really starting to grow on me. I'll keep my eye out for a Thunderbunny kit if one comes along, but for now I'd rather get suspension and a tune taken care of. Still researching my options on those two!

Thunderbunny bits are expensive, but I don't think you'll have a problem locating side skirts and rear valences. In this thread I've covered on how to find a Thunderbunny front bumper, since I had to have a replacement ordered for an insurance claim on my car.

Few things we've been up to here for TDI owners and my personal summer car.

Non Cup car (2012 Jetta TDI) Cover

Non Cup cover in white

Salsa Red Cold Air intake TDI Cup

My own car... 427RHS Block (LSX) 4L80E over drive transmission Fab 9" Rear end.
I do Drag Week with this car.. and a daily driver in the summer. I'm at almost 800rwhp right now on 11psi on pump gas. Finishing up things for spring so I can turn the car up a little so I can run 8.50's@around 165mph in the 1/4mi.

Your Camaro is sick! That turbo 427 is a killer setup!

That intake looks great, as well. How much does one of those run? We can go to PMs if you'd prefer.

^ Nice! Sounds good!

I haven't done anything to my car either. Put winter wheels/tires on it and have been driving it in all the winter snow/crap, which sucks. My beater DSM has been down waiting for an engine swap and other work.

I have been collecting parts, though. Have everything but calipers/carriers for a R32 brake upgrade all around. Also have fog lights and grilles waiting to be installed. Also getting new lightweight wheels and am gonna try to stuff 255's on them.

The intakes take me a few hrs to fabricate/paint... it's 3" mild steed tig'd smoothed and painted base/clear any color. I fit them on my car so I know they work.
You can do several different air filters on them... Dry or K&N. I would suggest the micro pre-filter to go on any of the filters .. they keep most of the junk from getting in the ridges of the filter.

And a 3" coupler.
The actual pipe from me shipped is 180.00

Thanks for the complements on the Camaro... It's going to be a fun summer! :)

Awesome. Thanks for the info Scott! Might have to place an order here before spring.

I'm not sure this is the best place, but I'd love to hear updates on the Camaro through the season. I hang around the local drag strip all season long, and I came from the Mustang world before this. V8s, turbos, and drag racing are what I love haha.

I think my first race is in April with the Camaro out in Oklahoma .. it's a street car shootout kind of thing I guess... Should be fun!

Nice! Fantastic looking setup.

Anyone here running LED license plate lights on their Jetta? I have had the PerformanceLED plate lights for almost a year and one of them **** the bed recently. They're an expensive bulb to replace. Thinking of trying a cheaper option this time.

I always stayed away from those since I hear too many people complaining about bulb out warnings with LEDs.
