Hey guys. I installed a new turbo center section and actuator on my stock turbo and I'm wondering how to set up the actuator. All the info I could come up with was for ALH or for putting an ALH style actuator on a BEW/BRM. TIA

Same as ALH , with vacuum pump about 4 to start and 18 to end. But on BRM most important is Stop Bolt , this has to be dome with VCDS , in basic settings 011. The difference between open and close can not be more then 150 , 100 in ideal. I usualy tell everyone use Zip Tight mode fist , fine best position then apply vacuum to full extend actuator then tight bolt till it stop.
Google BRM Zip tight mode and you will see what I am talking about .

Yes, what Jetta says. The only difference is in the BRM the actuator extends the rod with vac, whereas in the ALH and BEW the actuator shortens the rod with vac
