The interior is the weakness of the car. When I got it, the tan interior was mostly black. I've replaced things, and cleaned a lot, but the seats will always have some stains. Not bad enough to be ashamed of the car. Seat covers will take care of most of the deficiencies.
I've been looking for an interior since I bought the car, to no avail....

Exterior: 8-9 with some scratches on mirror caps and rear bumper
Interior: 5-6, stained but clean

Correct. I tried Lawson's Passat on for size at the Fest. Perfect fit, like my B4 was. I should have kept it. The wagon is sweet, but a little snug for me. Plus, I've never had a new car before. Bucket list item. I can pay cash, so......

This car came back this week. We found a cam failure with valve lodged in #1 cylinder. Head is destroyed. Piston badly beaten my metal debris. I strongly believe has a bent rod. Cylinder wall undamaged.

Owner has decided to sell car as is. Has it listed on Facebook marketplace for $1500. Would make a nice wagon for someone with a BEW engine lying around.

Car is still in good shape otherwise, other than minor cosmetic issues. It will need a clutch.
