My thoughts are:

Unitronic tuning - stage 1 chip 20 HP injectors

Automatic Transmission

- Will the 01M be under more stress with the performance upgrades? May have to look for a new auto/5 speed swap soon after buying

K&N cold air intake

- Oiled K&N air filter? might have 86'd the MAF

EGR delete kit
down pipe - cat delete

- emissions. I'm not sure what the law is in alberta, but you may want to make sure the car will pass inspection without a cat and without an EGR.

NO inspection in Alberta.... I think it is the last FREE area for the TUNER crowd.
Ship the car to Germany for a Testrun on the Autobahn

Thanks for the input, I think it being an automatic is turning me off it. I guess I keep looking. I found a 2012 highline with NAV for 22K that is peaking my interest.
