2003 Jetta tdi no fuel squirting out of injectors

So, the car died randomly while driving, replaced the fuel injectors still no fuel, replaced the injection pump, still no fuel. It gets fuel at the injectors when I crack the lines but nothing is coming out of the nozzles, Checked all the ecu wiring and ohms everything is good, the car has a stage 4 tune with a vnt 17, 11mm injection pump and bigger injectors, I have absolutely 0 clue what’s going on, I don’t have a vcds but I do have a snap on scan tool that’ll show me basic vcds things, any ideas??

I did bleed the system

It’s not the relay 109, not the crank sensor or coolant sensor, MAF is good

It could be that your injection pump produces enough pressure to get past the exit valves at the pump head, but not enough to overcome the pop pressure of the injectors. BTDT. In my case, I replaced the injection pump with a rebuilt unit and have not had any failures since.
