2000 Jetta Power Distribution Box, Where to buy fuses?

Hi all, I just got a 2000 VW Jetta TDI 1.9L, was told something was wrong with a cooling fan. After further inspection, fan seems fine. But I did find a blown "fuse" In the fuse box on top of the battery. Are these special fuses? I have never seen one like it before and can not seem to find them online.. only the whole box. Do I have to replace the whole thing? Seems kinda dumb when all I need is a little metal strip. Then one that is blown is the 40A coolant fan and control module.

If you're really in a hurry there are a few HSB strip fuses included in Canadian Tire's "VW Audi Fuse Kit"
