2000 Jetta GLS 5 spd sedan, 238k miles, Central Pennsylvania

I have a 2000 Jetta GLS 5 spd. Heated seats, Moonroof, 241,000 right now and its my daily driver.

It is really well maintained and I have all the maintenance records for it going back to 2007 (previous owner's as well as my records). It was garage kept until a year ago. It does have rust on the driver's side fender and rocker panel and a small spot on the passenger side rocker but nothing that stops it from passing inspection. Besides the rust, there is nothing wrong with it exterior wise, no major dents or scratches. There are a few small spots on the edge of driver's door where the paint chipped (I think it started with rocks or pebbles hitting it while driving)
I took it to a TDI guru here(DieselDubs now German Diesel Motorwerks) for an intake manifold cleaning last month. It also got a oil change with Rotella T6 5w-40 at the time. It's had Rotella T6 since 2003
I am just not driving it as much as I expected it so I am looking to sell and PRICE DROP asking $3100 OBO. I am located in Central Pennsylvania
Recent work within the last 5000 miles includes a MAF sensor, air filter(cleaned the snow screen too), cabin filter, right headlight and turn signal
The starter was replaced about 2000 miles ago
Fuel filter about 11,000 miles ago
I don't remember anything else right now but I can double-check my records.
Update: I just put on new brake pads, rotors and a caliper for rear left wheel
I might be willing to trade for another TDI thats chip-tuned(somewhat higher miles is ok), a Honda Civic or Pontiac Vibe in really good condition. Thanks
