2 outlet coolant Flange?

I am looking for the part number for a coolant outlet flange that has 2 outlets. I have seen the picture somewhere but cant find it now. It looks exactly like this one http://www.idparts.com/coolant-flange-for-cylinder-head-a4-auto-p-1127.html But minus the small outlet on the bottom. Anyone know the part number?

I had no luck looking at nemiga. Do you have a part you're replacing or is this some kind of swap. If the part in the link is what you need maybe cap off the extra appendage.
Oil hammer had a part number for a cap and clip in one of the posts I read. No part number on the existing part?

that lower one is for the oil cooler, so unless you're getting rid of the oil cooler it'll be used.

I may not need that outlet as my swap is going into a truck. Im just trying to gather info on all the possible scenarios. I did actually find that picture though see here. Looks like its $38. I think I will be using JB weld if need be.

putting it in a heavier vehicle and deleting the oil cooler, no bueno

just plumb it up and dump it in, removing it is harder and more expensive than leaving it there

Cap it or plastic weld it up.
