***** SOLD *****
I am selling the 2" lift from my wife's New Beetle. It is the full setup we ran when we took it to Moab, Death Valley, Pikes Peak, Alaska etc... It consists of taller+stiffer front springs mounted on 4 Bilstein HD shocks. We ran this setup for approximately 71,00 miles. It allowed us to easily clear a set of 205/70R15 General Grabber A/T tires, and with a bit of heat gun work to the fender liners we were able to run 215/75R15 BF Goodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM2 tires with minor rubbing on the fender liners when turned full lock and some on the spring perches of the front struts as well. I'm asking $900 as-is or $1,050 with new Seat Cupra R front strut rubber & bearings installed.
Here are some pics of the car with this suspension installed:
Moab Utah:
Entering Titus Canyon in Death Valley California:
Pike's Peak Colorado:
Top Of The World Highway in Alaska:
Crossing the Yukon River in the Yukon Territory, Canada:
The top of the Atigun Pass, Jut past Oh Sh$% Corner, over the Brooks Range, on the Dalton Highway (Haul Road) in Alaska:
Somewhere in Vacaville CA )
This should work quite well on a Golf or Jetta MK4 as well, but not on the jetta wagon as the rear wouldn't lift a wagon at all.
