Hej

Hope this forum helps before selling the car.

Have done almost a complete overhaul but engine still seems like its done for it.

The problem with the car is that when doing a full acceleration the engine feels like its going to throw its beans just before at 2800 rpm .

Under moderate acceleration it seems to work fine but it feels like as the rpm increase the fuel pressure is not there for it.

Lets say you run the boost up under cold engine, then the following occurs: Engine just cuts out and starts vibrating on idle very hard until you rev it up again.
The problem seems to go away when engine has worked for lets say a whole day. And even then it pulls good for the first 2 gears and then it just wont do it anymore.

If this sounds familiar to someone so please comment below what to check.

Engine has been almost completely rebuilt, only thing what considers the fuel delivery is tandempump which pressure i have not checked.
And actually doubt its faulty

But lets say the dpf light comes on, then the engine runs very smooth until its done the regen and goes back to shi... again.
The only sensor what is not replaced with a new one is the lamda and if disconnected it wont change much. DPF backpressure is perfect and injectors have got a new sealing when the head was rebuilt. Worst injector is -0.3mg/str on the first one.

My opinion the injectors do not provide maximum pressure hence the plungers are worn out or one of them are over fueling the engine ?
(Strong turbo whistle at idle that indicates a leaking injector) and a high fuel consumption. Or someone has messed up the maps and only map what works is when dpf regens.

Any help is welcome, so done with it :cautious::D

Its a A4 b7 2.0tdi Bpw Quattro manual. Torsion value set at 0. The pump in fuel tank was cleaned, new filters, new camshaft, new T valve on the fuel filter, new MAF/MAP, new N75 valve, rebuilt top, new flywheel new everything..
