Hello everyone, I had a BMR Siemens 170HP Passat B6 engine converted to Bosch injectors with EDC16U34. I drove a lot to the GT1749VC 170hp turbine, changed the cylinder head since there were cracks and antifreeze went into the engine, together with the cylinder head I bought a BV43a from the CBBB motor, redid the nozzle and everything became plug & play, but faced the problem of overboost, above the readings of the MAP sensor, above 2bar excess at full throttle, while tearing off the nozzle running from the intercooler to the throttle. I changed the tandem pump, a new nozzle, adjusted the turbine (0.7 v in the lower position and 3.6 v in the upper position), the firmware is adjusted for proper control of the turbine, but at the same time I still encounter overboost.
