Mojo: I can make you a custom seq. turbocharged system.......it´s a question of money you can go to us for 2-3weeks and all done......complete fabrication of custom parts, turbos, manifold, electronic 2 turbo controlling.....

Then i suggest you contact either Allard or Devonmikeyboy over on (SC)because Allard seem to be having lots of problems completing this in over 5 times the time you have mentioned you can perform the same task......

Me and Simon Cooper have been after bigger nozzles for nearly two years now with lots of people/companies saying they can sale/get hold of some them but nobody has come up with the goods yet.

Devon: When somebody think that Fratelli Bosio ot Firad will do custom nozzles for 1weeks.... custom nozzles takes 4months it´s not a mass production so stay cool.........it´s a italian job.......they like to be a unique

My friends do a 3.0 V6 tdi bi-turbo project so they will need another high flow nozzles it is hard to do a custom just in 12pcs

We are putting a Bosch nozzle to T5 Transporter with AXE engine that will flow 250-300 hp if all else is ok. Stock nozzles max out at 230 hp.

I have studied the 2.0 16V nozzle and it can be done from another Bosch CR or PD nozzle.

So the question is: why do we have to wait for some Italian job that lasts months if the nozzles are already there?

TDIfreak........are these the 170hp or different engine moddel ve/pd etc......plus if they are ve nozzles who many holes do they have...cheers.

I got two .
The current version in my Skoda I can recommend for 230...240hp. I'll take it out this weekend since the car is leaving me .
It's almost bolt-on, you only need a 6...7 cm piece of 55...60 mm tube to connect intake pipe and turbo since it uses the VNT-20 comp housing.

Only 7 000 kms and it's better balanced than new Garretts!

If you are referring to the 2.0PD engine in the 2004/2005 Passats then the easiest upgrade is a few hundred for an RC2 (RocketChip Stage 2) upgrade of the ECU. Torque goes from 243 to ~300 and horsepower from 134 to ~170.

Anything more than that and you have to consider tranny upgrades (very expensive and no manual was imported to the US) to handle the extra power. You can change out the PD injectors, but that is really $$$$.

Most of the B5 Passat owners here are either stock or up to the RC2 level. A few have gone further, but not many. Also, performance parts for the B5 are not as widely available for the 2.0PD as they are for the engines used on Golfs/Jettas/NBs.

I've got the RC2 and very happy thus far. Have been quetly considering doing some "non-electronic" upgrades if I can be convinced of certain things like what you just mentioned. Is the Tiptronic not being able to handle not much more than RC2 rumour or fact? And if it's fact, then what are the tranny upgrades then?

StingrayRT..........have you any news of the 16v pd race injectors that you were having made......amongst the people on this threat that have stated that would like a set there are a few more people not even on this site/forum who would also like a set of these pd 16v race injectors , so i would think that the market for these injectors is bigger than you thought / think plus if you get said injectors and put them up on ebay for sale could you please put up a link on this site if this is ok with the tdiclub forum bosses.......this being a one off situation etc.

This one is good for up to 200HP on the BKD, I also make an 1856 for that motor too! That one will get you there!

Guys, many diesel injector shops have the abilty to use either EDM or Extrude Hone to enlarge the nozzle holes on a set of stock nozzles. I've had it done many times by several different companies on my truck.

Maybe you guys should look at those options to get larger nozzles for this motor?
