Hello, I need help with DPF filter. Month ago i bought VW Golf 7 2.0TDi 2017 110kw , DCY motor , 193000km. I dont know how it was driving until today but I am assuming highway because of front hood and front windows is full of scratches from pebbles. Now its regenerating after 40km. I am driving short routes , but on the highway it was 100km , so its still too low. My friends have Octavia RS and they are driving same routes and regenerating after 2months. I used BG PD15 aditivum for cleaning , now i have BG 245 in my tank . Can this problem be from cleaning fuel systém? I am driving just 2nd tank of fuel after buying, both with cleaning aditivum.

Ive made oil change with rinse and all filters are new. Oil Ash is 44g (56%). With automatic regeneration Soot measured cant go under 6g. When I was driving and car was regenerating it sometimes goes little up , then down again. When i start service regeneration it took 50min , than turn off because of time limit. Soot Calc was 0,05g but Soot Measured was still 7g.

Before regeneration soot calc 5,11g , soot measured 17g – diff sensor

Car idling 11hpa
1500rpm 32hpa
2500rpm 68hpa

After service regeneration soot calc 0,05g , soot measured 7,22

Idling 10hpa
1500rpm 26hpa
2500rpm 58hpa

When car is off diff sensor is 0hpa , so diff sensor should be good or not? Needs DPF cleaning or it can be some other problém. Exhaust is clean.

I want to try some DPF cleaner without removing Wurth or Autoprofi , It should go through temperature sensor inside DPF , but I find two sensor in my motor which looks like temperature sensor. One on the left and one the right , dont know which one to use. One is with two wires and one with 5wires.

I don't know if your DCYA DPF looks similar to this CRUA DPF/Catalyst, but I think if I wanted to clean just the DPF, I would try to spray the cleaner into the pressure differential port at the DPF inlet at the lower left rather than the catalyst outlet temperature sensor at the upper left or the catalyst inlet oxygen sensor at the upper right. If the goal was to clean both catalyst and DPF, the oxygen sensor port would probably be best. I think Wurth and Autoprofi recommend a temperature sensor port, so that at least would be at the catalyst outlet and closer to the DPF inlet.

The temperature sensor port (with the 2 wires) bypasses the catalyst but it isn't as direct a shot into the DPF as the pressure differential port in the DPF. It should be easier to access that port through the metal pipe after disconnecting the rubber hose attached to it rather than removing the pipe coupling at the port (shown in my second photo). I wouldn't spray the foam through any of the rubber hoses that run up to the pressure differential sensor.

on my first and second photo you can see just under temperature sensore are two pipes and from them is rubber house to the diff sensor, which pipe should i use? they are both going some way ...

I wouldn't use those because there are still rubber hoses further down the line that go to the DPF (which you can see in my second photo) and I would worry about a strong cleaner attacking the hoses. I would either pull the lower hose off from the metal pipe that connects to the DPF port or unscrew and remove the pipe coupling at the DPF port. Or, the easiest of all would be to just use the temperature sensor port (2-wire) in the catalyst. I believe that is what Wurth and Autoprofi suggest in their instructions.

I tried foam cleaning , tried changing diff sensor ( same pressures , so sensor is good) and no change ... I am gonna get it cleaned in autoshop and will see what they find.
