Hello everyone, I recently got a 2013 MK7 with the 2.0 TDi (CRBC) and noticed that there's an odd sort of droning noise when you gently press the accelerator, whether you're driving or sitting with the vehicle in neutral it's always the same.
I found a video on YouTube about someone with the same problem on a 1.6TDi;
The comments on the video seem to suggest it's the boost control valve, what I would have called the N75 on my previous car.
Has anyone else encountered/solved this issue? roughly where is the location of the boost control valve/solenoid on this vehicle? (I know I can just follow the vac pipes but a heads-up would help greatly).
