Jetta TDI ALH
This is a 1999.5 VW TDI. This is a great car and pulls like a monster.
She doesn't look the best but has great bones.
Listed is all of the work done within the last 35k miles.
*Roof and box not on car anymore*
- 100k Timing Belt and Water pump
- New Headgasket
- ARP Head studs
- Upgraded Vnt 17/22
- South Bend Stage 2 Endurance Clutch and Flywheel
- 2.5 inch turbo back exhaust
- DLC 1019 injectors
- Kerma TDI Tuned ECU
- Kerma TDI coolant hose Refresh kit
- Boost/ EGT Gauge
- Larger turbo Intake Hosing
- Serpentine Belt
- New Wheel Bearings all around
- New front struts/ rear shocks
- Brakes and Rotors
- Replaced old emergency brake lines and sleeves
- Replaced Original Transmission with 80k mile transmission from newer TDI MK4, Also upgraded the shifter
box and linkage to the newer MK4 assembly. DieselGeek Deluxe shifter bushing kit installed.
- Injection pump was resealed around 80k ago. It shows no signs of leak.
- Curt Aftermarket tow hitch with 5 inch rise hitch and ball. I have also wired a trailer light converter in the jetta.
