This car began life as a GLX 2.8 VR6. The drivetrain, electronics, and fuel system were all replaced with that from a TDI / diesel car. This is my 10th conversion of this type, done by myself, carefully, and correctly. Ive been doing nothing by work on VW's and Audi's for the past 5 years.
Get ALL the benefits of the GLX in a 43mpg car!!!
Drivetrain has 220,000 miles, AHU from a 1997 Passat. Transmission is super smooth shifting, clutch is a brand new. Idles nice and smooth, good power, does not smokes at all.
Body is in great shape for the year, interior is very clean, looks great.
Work done during the conversion-
-Timnig belt, water pump, tensioner, idler
-All seals and gaskets replaced
-Synthetic Oil & Filter
-Fuel filter
-Air filter
-Struts are 1 year old
-New exhast mid-pipe
-Alignment
-2 NEW Kumho tires
-Polished headlights
-VR6 Clutch, rear main seal, hardware, T.O. Bearing

Its an amazing big car, love driving it and going out and pcking up a ton of stuff to bring home, like a washing machine or christmas tree! I am licensed dealer in MA, and car will guarentee to pass MA inspection. You only have to change the fuel type on the registration, other states will vary.
