I was approached by a customer of mine to see if I could sell his 1992 Westfallia Eurovan diesel. It is an Auto tranny 230000 or so Kilometers rebuilt motor last spring. Sleeps 4 with full camper kit, propane stove, on board water tank, fridge etc... runs like a dream he stated that he gets 35-40mpg depending on load (water etc...) The only down fall I could see was he smokes a stinky pipe and so unless you like that smell or were a smoker as well it would need an extensive ozone cleaning. It is wine red and has 2 sets of wheels (both steel) but one set summer tire one set winters, a 2 bike rack for the back ($500 option when it was new) meticulously maintained, I would buy it but I dont have the cash.. He is looking for $26000 cdn which for a no rust full westy I would say is not bad.
It is located in West Vancouver but if it does not sell it will be going on its yearly trip to Arizona soon. I believe he is looking to replace it with a newer Passat TDI so he may deal..
