For Sale is my 1987 Mercedes-Benz 300TDT (turbo diesel touring)

278k miles
The Good/new: all replaced in the past year
New fan clutch
New serp. belt tensioner/roller/ and shock
New Vacuum pump (over $300)
New H20 pump (not needed poor diagnosis, but its still there and NEW)
Thermostat
New VCV valve (mounts to side of injection pump, controls vacuum)
EGR delete kit
NEW fuel injectors (bodies and nozzles!!!)
New timing chain
New front shocks (bump stops,billows, and mounts too)
New power antenna
new glow plugs and relay
Working:
Sun roof
complete third row seat (many times this is missing)
MB cross bars
tow hitch and wiring
SLS not leaking
Auto tranny shifting good and smooth
Not working:
cruise control
A/C
rear washer (wiper works great, no washer)
not all the HVAC vents (you get heat from the defroster and foot wells only)
The rust:
pass side strut tower (this can be fixed, I planned to weld some patches in there and POR-15 the hell out it, no time)
pass side rear quarter
spot on the tail gate
drivers side C-pillar spot
This old girl starts, runs, drives, and brakes beautifully. She is rough around the edges and needs some love. The pics I have show the summer rubber, I plan on selling it with a like new (3 months use) set of Firestone winterforce tires. With the snow tires this car is great in the snow (really surprised me how well it handled the snow last year!!)
Reason for selling:
I bought a 2012 JSW .. . no need for 2 wagons
Reason for price:
I am into this car for a little over $3000. I'm looking for 1/2 my $$ back. not making a dime here.
This will be posted on peachparts also, but I know there are a lot of MB-diesel guys here on TDI club.
