1985 Jetta Diesel, only 77k original miles, $3995 Pics added!
1985 Jetta 1.6 NA diesel, only 77k original miles. Nice shape, and lots of work done on it recently. It has power steering and A/C, as well as a sunroof. Tires are nice, has a newer paint job, nice interior, and is ready to be driven daily. No rust anywhere. Gets a consistant 45 to 47 mpg. I wil have pictures here soon, it iced/snowed today...
Timing belt was just done in July by OilHammer (I'm sure you know who he is). Obviously it was done right, all the pullies/tensioners where replaced, and the correct bolts were used everywhere. A new water pump and T-stat were also installed, along with new rear brakes, wheel cylinders and e-brake cables. ( I have recipts for all of this). Also, it has a new battery and newer alternator.
As I said the car needs nothing and is ready to be driven anywhere! I just got the car for a commuter but my girlfriends job situation changed (she was going to drive our TDI). She now works about a 10 min walk away from our house, we dont need two diesel vw's
Asking $3,995. You would be hard pressed to find another 1.6 diesel anywhere with this low of miles and with all maintenance done.
