1981 VW caddy alh swap

Hey everyone this is my first post in here and just looking for some advice. I’ve decided to swap my 81 mini truck (caddy) with a alh out of an 02 Jetta with the 02j trans. I’m using the full s&p swap kit with everything added from intercooler to down pipe. From everything added I think I’m going to be running somewhere around 150 hp but would like to get it up to the 200 - 250 range on my stock trans, engine, and turbo. I haven’t looked into new injectors or tune so have been thinking that’s the route I’ll have to go but please if you have any suggestions message me or just comment on the thread would love some help. Welcome aboard, sounds like a fun project. You're probably going want to nose around in the "TDI Power Enhancements" and "TDI Conversions" sections a bit - lots to read there on both topics.
