150pd turbo on a 130 pd 1.9tdi golf mk4

im new to the modding scene and i want a bit extra power out of my tdi even after my remap right now im pushing about 145 out of a 130 and i wanted to know if i could bolt a 150 turbo onto my 130 without having to change my exhaust

Yeh bolts straight on, I didn't have to change anything to fit the VB unit from the VA. (150 from 130)

If your 130 is an ASZ then it has the same PDE as the 150.
Then all you have to do is mount the VB Turbo and you need new software, ideally with the PID parameters from the VB Turbo and a lot of bang.

are there any other differences between the 150 and the 130, other than the turbo and the remap then

Yes. The 130 have only the smal SMIC and the 150 the big FMIC.

Just as tdi said, the intercooler but the 150 works fine on the standard one. Only issue you'd get is if pushing hard for a longer period like constant full pelt up a very long hill.
