Actually, for drag racing you would probably get better results with a quaife (or equivalent). Tire spin was my single biggest problem. need to get the 60' under 2s...

I think a race tune with higher shift points would rock. Then switch back to "normal" shifting for street use. Even do a converter lockup switch (ask me nicely and I might make one for you)
