I would say there's a few hp lost on that smoke, only air is missing

No lost HP in smoke.. Just the lack of air. A small shot of nitrous would clear it up..

I saw a Lupo today, headed south on I-805 back to Tijuana. An unimpressive design, for sure. But it would be nice to get a 100+ hp TDI in a chassis weighing less than 2500 pounds -- less than 2000 pounds would be awesome. Then mod to 170-200 hp.
