1.9TDI BLS High fuel consumption

Hi everybody,

I just bought VW Touran, what I did not noticed when buying was high consumtion on idle, when warm 0.8L per hour, I do following steps so far:

Check car wtih vcds -> no engine dtcs
check for torsion value it was -3.9KW I change it to 0.0 now consuption is even greater 0.9 on idle
clean the egr -> nothing changes
I also notice that consumption on first start is 0.6L per hour on idle

Next steps will include:
cleaning MAP and MAF sensors
cleaning the Lambda sensor
checking the dpf
trying to change torsion value to - 2.5KW

Car normally runs and drives, have the smooth start, without any problems.
I want to mention that previous owner refurbish the alternator.

Any advice would be very helpful!

Today I clean the dpf by spraying via lambda sensor, nothing changed, next plan is to clean map and maf sensors and to replace the termostat. After cleaning the dpf I change the oil, I use 5w30 full synthetic low saps

I will try also to investigate temp sensors, because when engine is cold, fuel consumption is lower, but again no faults at vcds
