Is this using the ASV ecu? What mapping changes are happening to run these injectors ? Or is it just wiring that needs to change.

Duration maps? Single values? something else?

AFAIK it should be just a matter of duration and SOI maps to get it running good enough.

This is the result (270HP/497nm)for now, without any smoke. We have decreased the torque because of the dual massflywheel, maybe try a single one.

Engine is running very smooth and feels powerfull.

What oil filter housing is that on the ASZ block pictured above? You can see ASZ clearly marked on the block. Any ideas?

Its the standard ASZ oil filter with an aftermarket sandwich plate for a remote cooler by the looks of it.

Nope, the ASZ oil filter setup is the same as the ALH or BEW
Here is my ASZ(much cleaner now)

On the ALH, it's not same as ARL / ASZ... the housing is same but not the cooler.

right, I explored a similar oil filter housing from a BKD and was told it wouldn't work on my ASZ block. The one pictured above is similar to the BKD if not the same. I sent jos_br a PM regarding part numbers.

There are two types off ASZ engines (european), the latest one has the same oil filter housing as the BKD.

Never heard of EDC16 in ASZ....

Asz is always EDC15.

Bore asz block and put bkd pistons in it.
run bkd head and asz ecu.
Easiest i think.

I'm interested in knowing what all is needed is it just tunning or are there physical changes needed to change a Pd130 style system over to run a BKD?

We have build an AJM (1,9tdi/115hp) block, a (non ported) BKD head, some "stuff" from Rayn (exhuastmanifold) and a FIN-turbo (mod. 2260) with he next results,

This was possible, but we want to try to hold the gearbox longer.....,

Engine runs a Audi A4 edc15 computer.
