09 Jetta TDI - Mounting the GPS / 12V source

I'd like to mount my Garmin GPS on the lower left of the windshield, and therefore I'd like to find a 12V source of power on the LEFT side of the car. (Plus I need about 2-12V outlets already in the center of the car for the phone and the bluetooth headset charger) as I'd really not like to have to go to 3 outlets in the center console.

And of course, ideally, I'd like to conceal the wires from the unit to the power source.

I'm open for suggestions - not having done anything like this before.

How about running off the relay panel under the left side of the dash.
IIRC, terminal 75X is the switched 12V on the extreme left of the relay panel. Then again I am not familiar with the 09 setup.
