I did a vin check on a 2011 TDI I'm considering buying. Anyone know what it means?

Put your VIN into this site https://www.vwdieselinfo.com use capital letters.
This will show if the car received the Dieselgate emissions fix, and the warranty details.
Googling 23U3, looks like it is the Phase 1 Dieselgate emissions fix.

Yes I have. I want one untouched.

Not too many of those. But the good news is, the tuners can make it like it was prior to them making it worse, if that is any help to you. Lots of deletes get done, too.
