Quick question...ran my 03 out of gas...MISTAKE !! I replaced the fuel filter, had trouble purging all the air, but it finally started. Now I have a constant flow of air bubbles in the clear supply line to the injection pump. Seems to run fine, but how is this possible? Any way to rid the system of them??

TIA all.

First of all when you say gas I think you mean diesel. Second did you mess with the fuel filter? The T fitting on the fuel filter is a known trouble spot for leaks.
If you fill out your sig, it will b easy for others to help you without asking a lot of questions.

Yes, diesel it is. And I replaced the fuel filter altogether. Replaced o-rings with new. Tested just the filter and the T fitting with my MityVac thingy. Took inlet from tank and capped, put Vac on outlet to pump. Left T in place, cranked 20 in/pds on the Vac and the T o-rings held just fine. So I don;t think it's the T. Heard something about '03's having a check valve in the fuel line back near the tank. Any merit to that?

You likely had bubbles before. However if you are not having performance and/or starting problems then you have nothing to worry about. Just drive it.
