Awaking this thread, planning on purchasing a 2005 Passat with the BHW 2.0l. Car makes pretty much no boost, and will not even do 50mph up a slight incline. It's throwing an overboost code as well as a temp sensor code. Dealer said it's gonna need a new turbo. Car has 55k miles. One owner and...
