2015 Passat ac issue

So I currently have a RNS 510 head unit. Well it went out which seems to be a common problem. I really want to stay oem so is there another head unit that will fit exactly and not have navigation? I do not need it and I also would love apple carplay. Thanks!- Mexican1818
