Ive got this lupo and it doesnt start easily in cold weather in lithuania we got cold winters here. the glow plugs are not working, i tested the reelay, fuse and cables. the relay is not getting the ground signal from ecu to activate it, it has positive, ive run out of ideas to where the problem...
